Pacific Place is strategically located along Jalan Lapangan Terbang Subang with good access to highways – New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), Federal Highway, Kelana-Subang Jaya Link and KESAS. Adding to that, the proposed LRT station has already confirmed to be located right next to the development, which is claimed right in front of the retail mall.
The area is a fast-developing vicinity with active developments in Ara Damansara and Saujana enclaves. It is strategic due to its location that borders 2 established CBDs of Kelana Jaya and Subang Jaya.
However, this development is definitely going to become very packed and high dense. The residential component of Pacific Place itself consists of about 1,200 units. Adding with the crowds from shopping mall and students college – it is going to be very hectic.
Adding to that, Jalan Lapangan Terbang Subang is very congested during peak hours, starting from 8am. It is mainly due to the narrow road neck below the bridge from the airport. The lanes towards the airport are still bearable.
